HC pump parts consist of impeller, volute liner, throat bush, fpl insert, frame plate, cover plate, shaft, seals, shaft sleeves, bearing assembly, etc.. It offers a wide range of materials, such as high chrome alloy, ductile iron, gray iron, stainless steel, rubber, etc..

Impeller for slurry pump
Impeller is one of the important wet parts of slurry pumps. Hard metal and molded elastomer impellers are completely interchangeable.
The thread of the impeller can be hardened after heat treatment, which ensures the assembly accuracy of the impeller and makes the impeller more efficient in operation.
Liners are bolted to the casing, and easily replaceable.
Throatbush & FPL insert serve to hold the impeller in place and direct the slurry into the impeller. They also help to reduce turbulence and pressure loss in the internal pump chamber, thereby increasing the efficiency of the pump.
In the slurry pump bearing assembly, the lubrication method of the bearing is roughly divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication, and the choice of the way is related to the type, size and operating conditions of the bearing. In grease lubrication and oil lubrication, grease lubrication is the most used, about 80% of rolling bearings are using grease lubrication.
A: The lubrication device is simple. If sealed bearings or non-sealed bearings that do not require grease are used, no additional lubrication is required (in contrast, oil lubrication systems require oil pumps, tubing, fuel tanks, etc.).

C: can take away the internal friction heat of the bearing, good heat dissipation. When the ambient temperature of the bearing is high, oil lubrication can play a cooling role.
