HC, HCR, HC-HH series slurry pump are types of horizontal pump. Slurry transportation is at the heart of a successful mine site operation, making it crucial for your pumping equipment to be up to the task. HC, HCR, HC-HH series slurry pump also provides a complete selection for most duties in the mill, from the cyclone feeds to regrind, flotation and tailings.
A wide variety of impellers and shaft seals provide a perfect fit for a wide range of applications. The pump provides excellent wear life while maintaining efficiency during the wear cycle providing the best total operating cost. It offers extended wear life, reduced maintenance, outstanding availability and high performance pumping across mining, chemical, and industial applications. Designed to offer high performance, reliability and low total cost of the owner, our pumps will solve your slurry problems and improve your slurry transportation process and save you more operating costs.
HC-V pumps are designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high-density slurries and applied over the fields such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, and environmental protection.
HC-G(H) pumps are designed for contionously handing the most difficult higher abrasive slurries, which contain too big solids to be pumped by common pumps. The pumps of this type are suitable for delivering slurries in mining, explosive-sludge in metal melting, dredging in dredger and course of rivers, and ither fields.
HC pump parts consist mainly of impeller, volute liner, throat bush, frame plate liner insert, frame plate, cover plate, shaft, seals, shaft sleeves, bearing assembly, etc.. We offer different materials, such as high chrome alloy, ductile iron, gray iron, stainless steel, rubber, etc..
In the slurry pump bearing assembly, lubrication method of the bearing is roughly divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication, and the choice of the way is related to the type, size and operating conditions of the bearing. In grease lubrication and oil lubrication, grease lubrication is the most used, about 80% of rolling bearings are using grease lubrication.
A: The lubrication device is simple. If sealed bearings or non-sealed bearings that do not require grease are used, no additional lubrication is required (in contrast, oil lubrication systems require oil pumps, tubing, fuel tanks, etc.).
B: Grease is not easy to leak, bearing seal structure is relatively simple,
C: Easy maintenance of bearings.
D: The grease has a sealing effect to prevent external dust, moisture and other impurities from invading the bearing.
E: Easy to improve the cleanliness of the mechanical device.
A: suitable for high-speed rotation
B: good high temperature stability, suitable for use at high temperatures.
C: can take away the internal friction heat of the bearing, good heat dissipation. When the ambient temperature of the bearing is high, oil lubrication can play a cooling role.
D: easy to remove the wear particles and dust inside the bearing.
E: can be used with gear and other bearing parts around the same lubricant, achieving common lubrication.
The impeller is the heart of a slurry pump. It consists of a series of vanes that rotate and impart kinetic energy to the slurry. The impeller's design is critical for optimizing the pump's performance, including factors such as efficiency, head, and wear resistance.
The casing houses the impeller and directs the flow of the slurry through the pump. It is designed to withstand the erosive forces of the slurry while maintaining a high level of hydraulic efficiency. Casings can be of various types, such as volute, diffuser, or multistage, depending on the specific application requirements.
The shaft transmits the rotational energy from the motor to the impeller. It must be robust enough to withstand the torque and bending forces generated during operation. Bearings support the shaft, reducing friction and enabling smooth rotation. Proper lubrication and alignment of the shaft and bearings are essential for ensuring extended pump life and minimizing downtime.
