Shijiazhuang Hongchang Pump Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2003 and is a professional manufacturer integrating the design and manufacture of slurry pumps, dredging pumps and high chromium wear-resistant castings.
Our company is located in the Tianshan Manufacturing Base of Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone covering an area of 4 hectares and a building area of 25, 000 square meters.
In recent years, our company has actively fulfilled its social responsibility. Continuously investing in environmental protection, reducing emissions and becoming the only casting enterprise in Shijiazhuang pump industry whose performance evaluation is Grade A.
Our company′s products are widely used in mining, electric power, coal, metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries, mainly exported to South Africa, Australia, the USA, Canada, Russia, Chile and other countries and regions, as Hebei Province′s key export positive list enterprises and high-tech enterprises.
Hongchang Pump Co has more than 120 employees, with models, casting, heat treatment, machining, assembly and other workshops. With an annual output of 5000 tons of high chromium alloy. We also can produce 2000 sets of pumps. Along with the whole process production capacity from models to finished products.
The casting workshop uses an advanced continuous sand mixer. Castings are made using resin sand moulding. Medium frequency electric furnaces are used in the smelting process. There are 5 (five) 3T, 1 (one) 5T and 1 (one) 10T medium frequency electric furnace, and the maximum casting weight of a single piece can reach 30T. Direct-reading spectrometer are used for pre-furnace component inspection to strictly ensure that the composition ratio of castings meets the technical requirements.
Our company has 3 resistance-type heat treatment furnaces. The temperature of the heat treatment process is strictly controlled by the computer automatically according to the set heat treatment temperature curve, avoiding the influence of manual operation. The furnaces can be used for softening, hardening, stress relief annealing and other heat treatment of castings.
Strict material ratios combined with advanced wear-resistant alloy smelting technology, casting process and heat treatment process ensure the company′s excellent casting surface, internal microstructure and reliable qualities are maintained.
Shijiazhuang Hongchang Pump Co., Ltd. Has the domestic industry advanced processing equipment and technology. The machine shop has over 40 CNC metal cutting machine tools and machining centers. The maximum rotating diameter of the vertical lathe is 6300 mm. CNC vertical lathe, boring and milling machining center and CNC wire-cutting machine tools can process parts with complex shapes with very high precision requirements.
Wear-resistant castings are machined using advanced ceramic tooling and sophisticated cutting technologies to solve the machining problem of high hardness wear-resisting materials, and greatly improves the machining efficiency of wear-resisting castings.
For impellers with hardness above 60HRC, the impeller threads are machined in the hardened state to avoid thread deformation during heat treatment.
The assembly workshop of the company is mainly engaged in the assembly of bearing assemblies and pumps. Bearing assemblies are assembled in a constant temperature controlled clean rooms, which ensures accurate and clean assembly.
The finished products warehouse undertakes the warehousing, packaging and shipping of finished products.
